The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 420Friendly.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
420Friendly.io may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
420Friendly.io may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
